  • Yes. We offer both in-person and telehealth visits, depending on the provider and service. Our team can help you find an option that fits your needs and preferences.

  • Spravato is an FDA-approved treatment for certain adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder. It is given as a nasal spray under the supervision of a healthcare provider and follows a structured treatment schedule.

Depending on the service, that may include reviewing symptoms, history, goals, and any prior treatment so your provider can recommend a plan that fits your needs.

  • Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you plan to use insurance, and any relevant medical or medication information you already have.
