How We Obtain Consent
Heale Counseling LLC collects consent to send SMS text messages verbally during phone calls. When a client contacts our office, a team member will ask the following before sending any text messages:
"Just to confirm, do we have your permission to send you text messages at this number? These messages may include appointment reminders, care updates, or responses to your questions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Is that okay?"
SMS messages are only sent after the client provides explicit verbal confirmation. Consent is never implied, assumed, or shared with third parties.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Once you opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to:
Appointment reminders and scheduling follow-ups
Healthcare appointment updates and care coordination
Insurance authorization updates
Responses to your questions from our support team
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our office.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.
