Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Reclaim your life without stepping away. Our IOP is tailored to you, so progress feels personal & sustainable.
You’ll unpack the roots of addiction, practice relapse-prevention, and lean on a circle of peers who will understand your journey.
Heale Counseling's IOP is certified by the State of Mississippi Department of Mental Health.
We meet 3 to 4 days per week, pairing small-group therapy with individual counseling & skills workshops you can put to use at home, work, or school.

Medication Management (Psychiatry)
If you think medication could improve your mental health progress, our psychiatric team at Heale can help.
We’ll start with a full evaluation then create a personalized prescription plan that makes sense for you.
You’ll know what each medication does and what to expect along the way.
With regular check-ins and dose adjustments, we’ll coordinate with your therapist or primary care so you can be sure treatment stays safe, effective, and uniquely yours.

Spravato (Esketamine Nasal Spray)
Where traditional antidepressants haven’t brought the right relief, Spravato can offer a new path forward.
Spravato® (esketamine) treatment is a fast-acting nasal spray administered under medical supervision in our Heale offices.
Used alongside your current antidepressant and therapy, Spravato can help lift severe or treatment-resistant depression.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
If standard antidepressants haven’t done the trick, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) may be a helpful next step.
TMS is a noninvasive, drug-free treatment that uses magnetic pulses to activate specific parts of your brain — no needles, anesthesia, or downtime.
Many folks start feeling lighter and clearer within a few weeks.
Treatments are over multiple weeks, multiple days a week. People can return comfortably to their daily routine after their visits.
