Heale Counseling's PHP/IOP is certified by the State of Mississippi Department of Mental Health.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

4 weeks

Sober Living residency

6 days/week

Group Sessions

Our PHP program takes place over 4 weeks to provide structured daily support for adults who need a higher level of care during recovery.

PHP groups meet 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, for around 6 hours a day. Enrollment includes sober living housing for the duration of the PHP program.

Through therapy, recovery education, relapse prevention, and practical skill-building, clients receive support that helps them build stability and carry their progress into the next phase of care.

02

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

12 weeks

4 days/week

Afternoon or Evening Groups

After PHP, clients step down to IOP. IOP happens across 12 weeks, allowing you to reclaim your life without stepping away.

We meet 4 days per week, pairing small-group therapy with counseling & skills workshops you can put to use at home, work, or school.

You’ll unpack the roots of addiction, practice relapse-prevention, and lean on a circle of peers who will understand your journey.

Optional for IOP Clients

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

For clients in our IOP program, TMS therapy may be a helpful next step when standard antidepressants haven’t provided enough relief.

TMS is a noninvasive, drug-free treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of the brain. It does not involve needles, anesthesia, or downtime.

Treatments occur over multiple weeks, multiple days a week; and most people return comfortably to their daily routine after each visit.
